We provide tracking and highly recommend youwork with the carrier directly for all delayed orders. Orders placed on TashaMarc.com by12 PM noon. EST on a business day, will ship the same day.

U.S. TERRITORY ORDERS
We now offer ground shipping (3-8 BusinessDays) to all U.S. Territories through UPS. This includes American Samoa, Guam,the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. SATURDAY DELIVERY
There is no Saturday Delivery offered atthis time. Please note that UPS Ground and Expedited Shipping provided shippingestimates only count business days, excluding Public Holidays. If you placeyour order on a Thursday and select Expedited Shipping you will receive yourorder in 1-4 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping timeswhich are based on common carrier transit times.
DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS
If, upon delivery, you find that yourorder is damaged, please contact our Team right away by writing to info@tashamarc.com.A team representative will provide you with the next steps to replace or refundyour product immediately.
In some cases, we may ship the items ofyour order separately, Items which are unavailable to fulfill at the time ofyour order, will be marked as “unshipped” on the receipt of the package. Ifthis is not the case and an item is in fact missing, please contact the TashaMarc Team as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all U.S. online orders, full priceitems may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of placing your order. Itemsmust be unopened, unused and unaltered, with all original packaging and/ortags. Our team will request images as proof of unopened/undamaged product.Returns must be received at our warehouse before they can be replaced.
